T.J. Burns Lands Lead In Foxs Comedy Pilot Little Brother, Lifts Projects Contingency

EXCLUSIVE: Actor-comedian T.J. Burns (ABC’s Carpoolers) has showed up charge in Fox’s comedy pilot Little Brother, lifting the contingency round the project put together by Mike Royce, which will now proceed with production. Little Brother, a multi-camera comedy from 20th TV, 21 Laps/Adelstein Prods. and Hat Trick, is about a man who finds out he features a half-brother (Burns) he never understood about who is also an ex-disadvantage. The project was put together by British scribe Fintan Ryan and folded by Fox in the last 2 seasons until Everybody Loves Raymond alum Royce has been around since in September to produce a completely new script, which netted a cast-contingent pilot order. Royce is executive creating with Adelstein, Michael Thorn, Becky Clements and Jimmy Mulville, while Ryan is co-executive creating. Burns, whose feature credits include Cloverfield, Our Idiot Brother and Yogi Bear, recently released comedy stylish-hop album The Extended Play E.P. His stand-up specialNo Real Reason opened up 10 days ago on Comedy Central, while using connected DVD released the other day. This can be a viral comedy video released online captured together with Burns’s stand-up special. He's with WME and three Arts.
